10 Tips to Become a Mental Health Warrior!

  1. Realize how far you have come.
  2. Use your internal challenges as fuel for growth.
  3. Show yourself unconditional love.
  4. Never doubt your journey.
  5. When you fall (because we all do) get back up as soon as you are able!
  6. Seek out solutions to the best of your ability. If no solutions are available, use the challenge as fuel.
  7. Help other warriors or future MHW become who they were meant to be.
  8. Support your friends and family as they do you.
  9. Meditate morning and night.
  10. Use the courage you have gained by fighting these internal battles, to become the best person you can be.
